  10.   The DDN MANAGEMENT BULLETIN is distributed online by the DDN Network
  11.   Information Center under DISA contract as a means of communicating
  12.   official policy, procedures and other information of concern to
  13.   management personnel at DDN facilities.  Back issues may be read
  14.   through the TACNEWS server ("@n" command at the TAC) or may be
  15.   obtained by FTP (or Kermit) from the NIC.DDN.MIL host [192.112.36.5]
  16.   using login="anonymous" and password="guest".  The pathname
  17.   for bulletins is ddn-news/ddn-mgt-bulletin-nnn.txt (where "nnn" is the
  18.   bulletin number).

  24. 1. FROM 1400Z, 22 JUNE 1993 UNTIL 1000Z, 24 JUNE 1993, THE CONUS
  25.    MILNET AND DSNET 1 MONITORING CENTER WILL BE AT ITS ALTERNATE 
  26.    LOCATION. DURING THIS TIME THE FOLLOWING NUMBERS ARE TO BE USED TO 
  27.    CONTACT THE CONUS MONITORING CENTER: 1-800-821-2283,
  28.    DSN 988-4015/4017, COML (301) 765-4015/4017. ALL TROUBLE CALLS
  29.    DURING THIS TIMEFRAME SHOULD BE MADE TO THE ABOVE NUMBER(S) FOR THE 
  30.    CONUS MONITORING CENTER.

  32. 2. AT 1100Z, 24 JUNE 1993, THE CONUS MONITORING WILL RETURN TO
